Generally, you can set different themes or download themes to your blackberry that determines your background or wallpaper colour and may also change how your words, icons and applications appear.
There are many sites that you can download themes from, sites such as bplay offers great themes.
If you do not wish to download themes, your blackberry already has about three different themes to choose from. To access these, go to options then theme. You can go ahead and select a theme of your choice.
To download themes, go to the site of your choice. Select the theme then select download. After downloading, you can go to options, then themes and select the theme and activate it.
To delete a theme, from options, themes, press your blackberry key and select delete.
